Part 03: Document History
DOCUMENT HISTORY
The purpose of the Document History is to record changes to Qatar Construction Specifications. In the
event of a revision to the Voluntary Standard (general technical guide), Qatar General Organization for
Standardization (Qatar Standards) will issue the amended pages and re-issue the Document History.
The Document History pages should contain a description of the change, the issue reference and the
date of issue as noted below. The updated Document History should replace the superseded history
and the revised pages of the technical regulation should be placed in the appropriate position in the
technical regulation.
❖ The technical regulation QS 27/2007 [Qatar National Construction Standards 2007 (QCS 2007)]
replaced Qatar Construction Specification 2002 (QCS 2002) and superseded it in all respects.
❖ The technical regulation QS 27/2010 [Qatar Construction Specifications 2010 (QCS 2010)]
replaced the technical regulation QS 27/2007 [Qatar National Construction Standards 2007
(QCS 2007)] and superseded it in all respects.
❖ The technical regulation QS 27/2014 [Qatar Construction Specifications 2014 (QCS 2014)]
replaced the technical regulation QS 27/2010 [Qatar Construction Specifications 2010 (QCS
2010)] and superseded it in all respects.
❖ Further, this voluntary standard QS 27/2024 [Qatar Construction Specifications 2024 (QCS 2024)]
replaces the technical regulation QS 27/2014 [Qatar Construction Specifications 2014 (QCS
2014)] and supersedes it in all respects.
